The stay 10 is mounted to a vehicle body frame 3 side of the motorcycle and the exhaust pipe 4 arranged on the vehicle body frame 3 respectively and supports the exhaust pipe 4. A male screw part 26 of a movable mounting part 22 is thread-inserted to a screw hole 21 formed on a linear extension end 20 of a stay body 11. A pyro ball 24 is turnably stored on a head part 25 of the movable mounting part 22. A nut 27 is thread-attached to the male screw part 26 of the movable mounting part 22. When the head part 25 is projected from an end surface 20A of the stay body 11 by the male screw part 26 by a desired dimension and is directed in a desired mounting direction, the nut 27 is screwed and fastened toward the end surface 20A. Therefore, the head part 25 is fixed in the state that it is directed toward the projection position and its mounting direction. Accordingly, even if the position and the arrangement of the mounting portion 4A at the vehicle body frame side are varied, it can respond thereto by the stay of single body.
