Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steam generator which prevents a pressure inside a steam generation vessel from being raised by a certain definite value or higher.
SOLUTION: A steam generator 30 is constituted of a distilled-water supply device 33 which is composed of a steam generation vessel 32 which is sealed airtightly with an airtight member, of a distilled-water receiver 35, of a distilled-water supply pipe 36 by which the receiver 35 communicates with the steam generation vessel 32 and of a check valve 37 which is interposed and mounted at the distilled-water supply pipe 36. It is constituted of a steam return device 34 which is composed of a first steam supply pipe 41 which is installed so as to communicate with the steam generation vessel 32, of a selector valve 42 which is installed on the downstream side of the supply pipe 41 and of a steam return pipe 43 which is installed on the downstream side of the selector valve 42. In addition, it is constituted of a second stem supply pipe 44 which is installed on the downstream side of the selector valve 42. When the selector valve 42 is operated, either the first steam supply pipe 41 and the second steam supply pipe 42 or the first steam supply pipe 41 and the steam return pipe 43 communicate with each other. Even while the steam generation vessel 32 is being heated, a pressure inside the vessel 32 is not raised by a certain definite value or higher.
