Abstract:
To provide a steam pot that allows a decompression system, an inside of an inner pot, etc., to be washed or sterilized easily and reliably.SOLUTION: A steam pot includes an inner pot 2 whose upper opening is closed air-tightly by a lid material 11, a jacket 3 provided outside the inner pot 2, a first exhaust passage 27 for sucking and discharging gas in the inner pot 2 to the outside, and a first steam supply passage 13 for supplying steam inside the jacket 3. The first exhaust passage 27 from the inner pot 2 is provided with a heat exchanger 29, a valve 30A, and a vacuum pump 31 in this order. A washing fluid passage 44 is connected to the first exhaust passage 27 between the heat exchanger 29 and the valve 30A. Washing fluid is supplied to the inside of the inner pot 2 from the washing fluid passage 44 through the first exhaust passage 27 in a state that the vacuum pump 31 is stopped and the valve 30A is closed, and the inside of the inner pot 2 and the first exhaust passage 27 from the inner pot 2 to the valve 30A are washed or sterilized.
