Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the regulation of steam temperature safely with respect to the wide range of load variation without spoiling a superheat reducer.
SOLUTION: A steam temperature controller is constituted so as to be provided with a feed water pump 1, supplying feed water into a boiler, a boiler evaporating unit, heating the supplied feed water to supply it into superheaters 5, 6 as steam, a superheat reducer 10, for adjusting the temperature of boiler outlet port superheated steam supplied to external equipments from the superheaters, a spray line 7, supplying pouring water into the superheat reducer, and a pouring water flow rate regulating valve 9, provided in the spray line 7 and controlling the amount of pouring water for the superheat reducer. In this case, the steam temperature controller is provided with a control means, provided with a pouring water pressure regulating valve 8 and a pouring water pressure regulating valve bypass valve 12 at the upstream side of the pouring water flow rate regulating valve of the spray line so as to be connected in parallel while opening the pouring water pressure regulating valve and the pouring water pressure regulating valve bypass valve to adjust the amount of pouring water for the superheat reducer through the pouring water amount regulating valve upon the low load of the boiler and closing the the pouring water pressure regulating valve bypass valve to regulate the amount of pouring water into the superheat reduced through the pouring water flow rate regulating valve and regulate a pressure difference between before and after the spray flow rate adjusting valve by the pouring water pressure regulating valve so as to obtain a predetermined value.
