Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine capable of preventing corrosion on outer peripheries of rotor blades and achieving weight reduction as a whole.SOLUTION: A steam turbine includes: a casing 12; a turbine rotor 8 provided rotatably within the casing 12; rotor blades 5 coupled to the turbine rotor 8; and stator blades 4 arranged within the casing 12. An outer ring 7 of each stator blade 4 supports an inner wall 17A located on an outer periphery of each rotor blade 5 on an inner surface thereof. The inner wall 17A comprises materials having different hardnesses depending on axial positions, that is, a metallic member 17; and a resin member 18.
