Abstract:
To provide a steam valve capable of reducing driving force necessary for driving a valve body.SOLUTION: In a steam valve according to an embodiment, a valve lid and a bush are formed with a stem leak flow passage, in which after steam passes as a stem leak component between the bush and a valve rod from an internal space, the stem leak component flows. The valve rod comprises a groove part formed on an outer peripheral surface. When the steam valve is in a fully closed state, a portion formed with the groove part, of the outer peripheral surface of the valve rod and an inlet portion of the stem leak flow passage are opposite to each other in a radial direction of the valve rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
