Abstract:
To provide a steamer that enables a power storage device to be rapidly charged and can smoothly jet steam from a jet portion even if in a cordless state in which no power supply is provided to the steamer.SOLUTION: A steamer body 1 of a steamer comprises: a tank assembly 17 that stores liquid inside; a base 7 that is provided below the tank assembly 17 and has a heater 6; a vaporization chamber 11 that is heated by the heater 6 in order to vaporize the liquid from the tank assembly 17; a steam hole 12 to jet the steam vaporized in the vaporization chamber 11 to the outside; an electric double layer capacitor 45 disposed at higher position than a tank base 19 forming a bottom face of the tank assembly 17; and an electromagnetic pump 24 that supplies the liquid in the tank assembly 17 to the vaporization chamber 11. The steamer activates a control device 40 mounted on a substrate 37 by power generated by the electric double layer capacitor 45 so that the control device 40 controls driving of the electromagnetic pump 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
