Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high corrosion-resistant steel panel for a fuel tank still more enhanced especially in resistance weldability. SOLUTION: Zinc plating layers 2a and 2b and chromate layers 3a and 3b are successively laminated and formed on both surfaces of a steel panel containing 0.0007-0.050 mass % of C, 0.5 mass % or less of Si, 2.0 mass % or less of Mn, 0.10 mass %, more preferably, 0.01-0.05 mass % of P, 0.015 mass % or less of S, 0.01-0.20 mass % of Al, 0.01 mass % or less of N, 0.005-0.08 mass % of Ti and 0.001-0.01 mass % of B. A first composite film 4 containing a metal powder of Al and Ni and an amine modified epoxy resin is formed on one chromate layer 3a, and a second composite film 5 containing an acrylic emulsion resin, silica, a lubricant and conductive particles is formed on the other chromate layer 3b.
