Abstract:
To provide a new and improved device for removing steel plate surface flaw introducible without involving a change in an existing line, and capable of highly accurately removing steel plate surface flaw.SOLUTION: A device 100 for removing steel plate surface flaw comprises: an adsorption metal piece 104 spaced at a prescribed space in a surface direction along a surface of a steel plate in one surface of a steel plate 200; an electromagnetic chuck 102 arranged on the other surface of the steel plate and adsorbing the adsorption metal piece 104 by electromagnetic force with the steel plate interposed between the adsorption metal piece 104 and the electromagnetic chuck 102; and a cutting tool 106 inserted into the prescribed space while the electromagnetic chuck 102 adsorbs the adsorption metal piece 104, and cutting and removing a surface flaw 202 of the one surface. The electromagnetic chuck 102 adsorbs the adsorption metal piece 104, accordingly the steel plate is chucked and curvature called as warpage, a wave, a wavy edge or center buckle can be suppressed, and the steel plate is flattened, therefore the surface flaw of the steel plate surface can be highly accurately cut and removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
