Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-added steel plate which has high corrosion resistance, formability and ridging properties, and an efficient manufacturing method for the steel plate.SOLUTION: After a steel material containing less than 3-13 mass% of Cr is strained with a shot blast etc., after cold rolling and then a Cr film is formed, a heat treatment of an α-γ transformation point to 1,300°C or less is carried out. Denoting a mean Cr concentration of the whole steel plate as X mass%, a region having a Cr concentration equal to or larger than X is represented as an A layer and a region having a Cr concentration less than X is represented as a B layer, A layers and a B layer forming a stack constitution A-B-A. The steel plate is characterized in that: a mean composition of the A layers containing 10.5 mass% or more of Cr; a mean composition of the B layer contains less than 3-13 mass% of Cr and is an α-γ transformation component-based composition which is an α phase at room temperature; a {222} plane integration degree of an αFe phase of the A layers is less than 60%, and a {222} plane integration degree of an αFe phase of the B layer is less 60-99%; and further (mean crystal particle size of B layer)/(mean crystal particle size of A layer) is 1.5 or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
