Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr added steel sheet having high corrosion resistance, processability and toughness and an efficient manufacturing method of the steel sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a steel sheet which has a laminate structure of A-B-A in a sheet thickness direction, where an area having Cr concentration of X or more is an A layer and an area having that of less than X is a B layer when average Cr concentration of whole steel sheet is X mass%, average composition of the A layer which is a composition containing Cr:10.5 mass% or more, average composition of the B layer which is an α-γ transformation component-based composition containing Cr:3 mass% or more and less than 13 mass% and being an α phase at ordinary temperature, {222} face integration degree of an αFe phase of the A layer and the B layer of 50% to 99%, and consists of equal axis particle having average particle diameter of whole A layer and B layer of 50 μm or less. The steel sheet is obtained by forming a Cr coated film on a steel material consisting of the α-γ transformation component-based composition containing Cr of 3 mass% or more and less than 13 mass%, the conducting a first heat treatment at an α-γ transformation point or higher, and further conducting cold rolling and then a second heat treatment at a recrystallization temperature or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
