Abstract:
To provide a steel wheel for an automobile having a hub hole flange with high precision.
A groove 6 of a burring start point, which is to be a bending start edge at the time of burring work, is circularly formed at the bent internal edge of a hub hole flange 4 which is formed along the opening edge of the hub hole of a wheel disk 5. Accordingly, the internal stress in the peripheral edge of a circular opening part of a base material 8, which is generated at the time of burring, is reduced. Thus, a hub hole flange 4 excellent in precision having a high straightness accuracy can be formed.
