To provide a steering support structure capable of preventing oscillation of a steering support member with a compact shape.
A side reinforcement 7 is provided with a main body part 71 having a U-shaped cross section and connected to an outer peripheral surface of the steering support member 4 on a driver's seat side, and an enlarged diameter part 72 extending from the main body part 71 to the radial outside of the steering support member 4 and connected to a steering support member bracket 5 on the driver's seat side. The enlarged diameter part 72 of the side reinforcement 7 is provided with a flange part 72a overlapped and connected to a flange part 51 formed on the steering support member bracket 5 on the driver's seat side. The side reinforcement 7 is fixed on the steering support member 4 and the steering support member bracket 5, and thereby oscillation of the steering support member 4 by oscillation of a steering column 2 can be effectively restrained.
