The system comprises a use right holder registration means for receiving the provider attribute information or the use right holder attribute information from a provider terminal or use right holder terminal and registering the information in a use right holder database, a stem cell registration means for receiving stem cell applicability discrimination data of the stem cells stored by a stem cell storage company, a provider and a use right holder of the stem cells from a stem cell storage company terminal, or a medical person terminal, or the provider terminal, and registering the data in a stem cell database, a collation means for collating the stem cell applicability discrimination data and the stem cell usability discrimination data of an applicant who desires to use the stem cells, and a trading means for trading in the stem cells or the right to use the stem cells when the stem cell applicability discrimination data and the stem cell usability discrimination data are matched based on the collation by the collation means.
