Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink and an oil component of ink reached to the tip side of Japanese paper of stencil paper from entering a gap between a tip upper surface side of a resin film of the stencil paper and a clamp surface of a clamp plate.SOLUTION: In a stencil printer 1 comprising: a plate attachment pedestal 66 which is fixedly installed along an axial direction of a plate cylinder 61 in a portion of an outer peripheral surface 61a of the plate cylinder 61; a clamp plate 67 which is supported openably/closably so as to face the plate attachment pedestal 66, and clamps a tip Ma side of engraved stencil paper M by closing at the time of plate-making; and at least clamp plate opening/closing means 40 which opens/closes the clamp plate 67, clamping the tip Ma side of the stencil paper M between the plate attachment pedestal 66 side and the clamp plate 67 side and winding the stencil paper M to the outer peripheral surface 61a of the plate cylinder 61, at least one of the plate attachment pedestal 66 side and the clamp plate 67 side is not brought into contact with the leading-edge portion of the tip Ma side of the stencil paper M at the time of clamping of the stencil paper M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
