To provide a stencil printing device capable of printing with printing colors less than the number of plate cylinders easily without causing smear by ink and without necessitating a troublesome work.

In the stencil printing device having a first plate cylinder 25 and a second plate cylinder 26, which are mounting a stencil paper respectively, as well as a pressure cylinder 27 arranged so as to be approximated to these plate cylinders while the printing paper clamped to the pressure cylinder 27 is transferred along the outer peripheral surface of the pressure cylinder 27 whereby a first color ink image is transferred from the first stencil paper of the first plate cylinder 25 and a second color ink image is transferred from the second plate cylinder 26 respectively to permit two-color printing, when single color printing is effected by a color ink of the side of first plate cylinder 25, printing operation is carried out by winding a perforated stencil paper 11a around the first late cylinder 25 while a non-perforated paper 11b is wound around the second plate cylinder 26.
