The stencil printing device 1, equipped with a plate cylinder 11, paper feeding roller 44 which supplies the paper P, and a pair of resist roller 47 which feeds the paper P to the plate cylinder 11 at the predetermined timing, and capable of adjusting in multistages the rotation speed of the plate cylinder 11, has the plate cylinder driving means 15 which actuates the plate cylinder 11, the paper feeding driving means 51 which actuates the paper feeding roller 44 and the pair of resist roller 47, and the control means 61 which varies the driving speed of the plate cylinder driving means 15 and the paper feeding driving means 51 in accordance with the rotation speed of the plate cylinder 11.
