To provide a stencil printing device providing a good double-sided printed matter by preventing turning-up and rubbing stains.

The stencil printing device 1 for double-sided printing includes: a printing section 2 having a plate cylinder 8; a paper discharge section 5; a refeeding means 6 for temporarily storing paper P with a printed image formed on one side thereof, thereafter, refeeding the paper P toward the printing section 2; and a switching member 7 that selectively switches a first state to guide the paper P to the paper discharge part 5 and a second state to guide the paper P to the refeeding means 6, and the stencil printing device 1 performs the rear surface printing process after performing the front surface printing process. The stencil printing device 1 also includes: a peeling pawl 24 for peeling the paper P from the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 8; and an air sending means 27 for sending the air to assist the peeling pawl 24 in peeling. The switching member 7 is disposed in a position not to interrupt the air sent from the air sending means 27 to the paper P in either case of the first state and the second state.
