The two-color printable stencil printing device includes the first and second drums 10 and 20, a normal conveyance route 40 for conveying forms from the upstream side of the first drum 10 to the downstream side of the second drum 20, a reverse conveyance route 60 which can convey a form with its upper side printed while being conveyed in the normal conveyance route 40 from the downstream side of the second drum 20 to the upstream side of the first drum 10, turn it upside down, and supply it again to the normal conveyance route 40, and a controller 90 which controls two forms to make one be applied to printing and the other be left unapplied by the full revolution of the first drum 10 or the second drum 20.
