A stencil printing device includes printing parts 4, 5 which include a drum supported rotatably on a first axis P1 of rotation, places the stencil base paper around the drum by rotating the drum with a front end of the stencil base paper held in an outer circumferential part of the drum, and pressing a printing medium against the drum having the stencil base paper placed to print; and a self-alignment unit 90 which has a third feed roller 73 supported rotatably on a third axis P3 of rotation, and drives and rotates the third feed roller 73 to guide the stencil base paper conveyed onto a conveyance path to the drum, the self-alignment unit 90 being supported movably to a position where the third axis P3 of rotation is substantially parallel with the first axis P1 of rotation.
