PURPOSE: To obtain a stencil printing device for preventing an occurrence of a wrinkle in a master when the master is wound on a plate cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with a shakable expansion member 12 a top 12a of which is positioned in a first position separated from a stage part 9, a second position abutting on the stage part 9, a third position abutting on the stage part 9 downstream of the second position in a master feed direction, and an initial position separated from the stage part 9 downstream of the third position in a master feed direction, an expansion member shaking member 14 for shaking the expansion member 12, and an expansion member moving means 18 for reciprocating the expansion member shaking member 14. A control. means 19 is provided for moving the expansion member 12 from the initial position to the first position, the second position, and the third position in order by the expansion member shaking member 14 and the expansion member moving means 18 when a master 1 is fed onto the stage part 9 and moving the expansion member 12 from the third position to the initial position after the master 1 is fastened by a clamping means 11.
