Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a discharge plate error by preventing interference between a clamp member and a flip-up member.SOLUTION: A stencil printing machine 1 comprises a plate cylinder 2 for rotating by winding stencil paper M on an outer peripheral surface, a clamp member 5 for locking the tip of the stencil paper by rocking around a first support shaft 3, a link member 13 for rocking in the same direction as the clamp member around a third support shaft 12 and a second arm 10 capable of being rocked around a second support shaft 8 movably guided by a guide groove 9 and connected to the link member by a connection shaft 14 on the tip provided with a flip-up member 11. The clamp member is rotated in a locus B by rotating the first support shaft and the third support shaft in the counterclockwise direction. The flip-up member connected to the link member rotates to the opposite side along a locus C, and flips up the tip of the stencil paper upward without interfering with the clamp member.
