To provide a stencil process printing device which can prevent a foreign substance such as paper powder from depositing on the surface of a press roller and therefore, can continuously produce successful printed matter.

This stencil process printing device is structured of a plate cylinder 11, around the outer peripheral surface of which a master 22 is wound and the press roller 12 which comes into contact with and separates from the plate cylinder 11 and presses paper P to the master 14 on the outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 11. In this device, a brush roller 16 which rotates while in contact with the press roller 12 is provided.
