To provide a stent graft, in which bulkiness of a branch graft is reduced, a burden on a patient when it is placed is reduced, and it can be easily placed.

The stent graft is a branched stent graft including a stent and a graft. The graft includes a main body graft in a cylindrical form, and the branch graft 4 branched from an outside surface of the main body graft, where the main body graft is fixed to the stent. The branch graft 4 is extensible to be capable of extending outward of the main body graft, and contracting inward at a part where it is introduced to a branch vessel. The branch graft 4 is flat in a bellows form in a contracted state where the branch graft 4 is contracted, and is cylindrical in an extended state where the branch graft 4 is extended.
