Abstract:

To provide a new stentless bioprosthesis which includes non-ligated coronary artery segments fixed in an unligated, natural configuration, such that patient's endogenous coronary arteries may be anastomosed directly thereto.

This is a tanned stentless bioprosthetic heart valve: collected from an animal of mammal donor and tanned organization which includes an aorta having a wall, an inlet end, an outlet end, a lumen extended therethrough, and right and left coronary segments outward extended from the aorta segment which coronary segments have opening coronary lumens fixed by an almost natural anatomical structure and extended in the longitudinal direction therethrough, as a result, is equipped with an organ in which some blood flowing into the aorta segment can flow outward through the coronary lumen: and a plurality of valve leaflets placed in the aorta segment.
