Abstract:
To spread a cleaning liquid to the part to be cleaned of a step uniformly and improve a cleaning efficiency.
Brushes 28 are provided on the outer periphery surface of a cylindrical rotary cleaning body 27 provided with many spouting holes 27a and also un-rotary cleaning liquid spouting pipe 29 is inserted inside the rotary cleaning body 27 rotated around the cleaning liquid spouting pipe 29. Spouting direction limit holes 29a to only one part of its periphery direction are provided on the cleaning liquid spouting pipe 29. The cleaning liquid is spouted from the spouting hole 27a overlapped to the spouting direction limit hole 29a.
