Abstract:
To provide a stereoscopic display device (3D display) and the like which allow for the visual recognition of a stereoscopic image in which the sense of discomfort due to the depth perception or the like is reduced without increasing the burden on a display control part.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic display device comprises: a display part 210 which has a display surface 211 for displaying a parallax image; an optical member 220 which is arranged on a front surface of the display part and has a light beam separation function for separating each light beam of a parallax image for a left eye and a parallax image for a right eye; and a display control part 310 which controls the image display on the display surface of the display part. The optical member comprises: a first light beam separation part 220a which has a first resolution in the lateral direction; and a second light beam separation part 220b whose resolution in the lateral direction is a second resolution lower than the first resolution. The display control part displays the parallax images for first and second display objects that have a difference in the proper sharpness on first and second regions Z1, Z2 of the display surface corresponding to the first and second light beam separation parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
