Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately observe even the observing part of complicated shape by providing a direction adjusting member provided with a light distorion material curved and deformed by the irradiation of light and which changes the directions of the tip parts of two image guides with curvature deformation
CONSTITUTION: When the light distortion material 10 of the direction adjusting member 9 is irradiated with the light R from a fiber 7 for photoirradiation, the curvature and deformation occur so as to form a rear side in projecting shape. Since the tip parts 1a, 2a of the image guides 1, 2 are inserted into the through holes 15, 16 of the direction adjusting member 9, they are bent in a direction to approach with each other as shown in arrowhead E according to such curvature deformation, which changes the directions of the tip parts 1a, 2a. Therefore, when the observing part is located nearby, the tip parts 1a, 2a of the image guides 1, 2 are moved adjacently, and when the part is separated far, they can be set in parallel shape, which enables stereoscopic observation to be performed with two image guides 1, 2.
