PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stern shape having a stern duct and a fin and capable of exhibiting an excellent energy saving effect by suppressing negative interference between the fin and the stern duct, and a vessel.SOLUTION: This stern duct is provided with: a propeller 20 that is provided to the stern of a vessel 10; a fin 30 that guides a flow to the propeller 20 provided to the stern of the vessel 10; and a stern duct 40 that is provided between the propeller 20 and the fin 30. The virtual radius Rd of the rear end of the duct body 41 of the stern duct 40 is 30-80% of the radius Rp of the propeller 20, the virtual center Xd of the virtual radius Rd is deviated by 30-80% of the radius Rp of the propeller 20 above the center axis Xp of the propeller 20, and a horizontal gap L3 between the rear end 30b of the fin 30 and the front end of the duct body 41 is -20 to +10% of the diameter Dp of the propeller 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
