Abstract:
To obtain a new steroid compound.
This steroid compound is selected from stigmast-4-ene-3-one, stigmast-4-ene-3,6-dione and stigmasta-4,22-diene-3-one. The compound is used as a natural product-originated antipruritic agent effective for various pruritus felt on the skin, an antiallergic agent as a preventive or an ameriolating agent for atopic dermatitis and an allergic symptom, for a skin care preparation, as an inhibitor for dermatitis, a pollinosis relieving agent, or for a bathing agent or a cosmetic.
