Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical applicator for semifluid products which is easy to make and fill the contents.
SOLUTION: This applicator 1, non-circular in cross section inside, has a body 2 whose one end is closed by an applicator wall 3, and a piston 7 which can move back and forth while making sliding contact with the inner wall of the body 2 in a sealed way, as well as a rod 12 including driving mechanism, 10, 11, and 13 which drive the piston to the applicator wall to make the contained product to pass through the applicator wall. The rod is provided with a first opening 21 on one end leading to the outside of the body 2, and on the other end, a second opening part, 22, 26, and 27, between the piston and the applicator wall, leading to the inside the body, through which the contained product runs all through the whole or at least some flow passage provided inside the rod. In addition, the rod is also provided with a penetrating ventilation passage to let the air go out while the body is being filled with the product through the flow passage.
