To provide a stick handle which can conveniently be used outdoors in walking and at rest and can also be used indoors by putting a cover on it and to which small articles can be hung and to provide the cover.

In the stick handle, a ring-shaped handle 4 is fixedly or detachably mounted to the end of the stick, has a grip 1 for walking on the top and a grip 2 for resting and standing up on one side, and an opening 3 for inserting articles to be hung on the other side of the grip 2.
