Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title copolymer which can show excellent flow even when kept at a relatively high temperature of 50-70°C in a state of polymer particles, does not form partially or entirely a lump or lumps due to its own weight even when left in the form of a heap of polymer particles and is excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and mechanical strengths.
CONSTITUTION: The title copolymer comprises 0.01-5wt.% polybutene component, 1-70wt.% polypropylene component and 25-98.99wt.% propylene/ethylene random copolymer component. The propylene/ethylene random copolymer component comprises a random copolymer comprising 15-80mol% monomer units derived from ethylene and 85-20mol% monomer units derived form propylene. The content of a component of a molecular weight of 10000 or below is 1.0wt.% or below, and the weight-average molecular weight is 600000 or above.
