Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking material and a sticking method which can strongly stick without using an adhesive and in which simultaneously the sticking effect can be maintained for a long period of time, in the case where a plurality of sticking materials capable of being plasticized are stuck.
SOLUTION: A sticking material 1a is made up of a shielding layer 3 such as a resin film, metallic foil, and cloth that prevents the permeation of plasticized sticking material, and nonwoven fabric layers 2a, 2b on the front and rear surfaces of the shielding layer 3 through which the fabrics are interconnected. Plasticized sticking material 1a is jetted to the nonwoven layers 2a, 2b on both sides to connect both the layers. Further, a heat insulating layer 4 may be stuck on the surface of the nonwoven fabric layer 2a on one side of the adhesive material 1a by means of a hot-melt type adhesive to form a sticking material 1b. In this case, a heating press is pressed on the insulating layer 4 to stick the nonwoven fabric layer 2b against the sticking material, and then the heat insulating layer 4 is removed and another plasticized sticking material is integrally jetted on the nonwoven layer 2a.
