To provide a stiffened structure of a rigid frame structure capable of ensuring a predetermined opening in the case there is a plan to extend a building in the future or in the case there is an entrance and exit of a vehicle or a large window between columns and, at the same time, reducing a construction cost by a lower cost material.
In the stiffened structure of the frame structure 2 comprised of a plurality of steel framed columns 3 of an H-shaped steel or the like, a beam 4 erected between the steel framed columns 3 adjacent to each other and a horizontal member 5 erected between the steel framed columns 3 downward of the beam 4 and adjacent to each other, a brace material 16 is slantly provided between the steel framed column 3, the beam 4 and the horizontal member 5. Alternatively, the stiffened structure of the frame structure stiffens the frame structure by a stiffened frame skeleton, the stiffened frame skeleton comprises a stiffened column of the H-shaped steel or the like attached in the direction at right angles to the steel framed column and a stiffened beam erected between two stiffened columns attached respectively to two steel framed columns adjacent to each other, and the brace material is slantly provided between the steel framed columns and the beam and the stiffened beam.
