And also, the light emission of a stroboscopic device is operated in the arbitrary timing, and the charge of the photosensor 31 is read out through the gate to the vertical transmission path 32 based on a signal from a stroboscopic light integration circuit in order to end the exposure. Then, the signal charge added in the vertical transmission path 32 is read out through a horizontal transmission path 33 and an output amplifier 34 to an outside after the completion of the one or several times of exposure.
