PURPOSE: To easily print out plural still pictures with simple operation by recording in advance print control information for each still picture signal onto a recording medium so that the printing is automatically implemented based on the print control information at printing.

CONSTITUTION: Print control information representing whether or not printing is to be implemented and number of printed sheets is recorded to a recording medium with respect to plural still picture signals. Then an MPU 14 reproduces the recording medium on which the print control information is recorded by a tape reproduction section 11 and plural still picture signals are printed out automatically based on the print control information by a printer 14 sequentially. Thus, plural still pictures are printed easily with a simple operation and a very excellent still picture printer not giving a large load to the user is realized.
