Abstract:

To provide a method for stimulating bone growth in subjects, which can be used in a site where the bone growth can not occur, without performing a treatment of administering a self bone-transplanting piece or a bone growth factor, and find out a small peptide which is inexpensive for a large scale preparation and bone-inducing in a low dose.

This method for stimulating the bone growth at the site of the subjects requiring the bone induction comprises an administration of an agonist of non-proteolytic activated thrombin receptor in an effective amount to the site.
