Abstract:
To provide a stirring blade and a stirring device capable of making an object to be stirred more easily stirrable and mixable.
The stirring blade 9 includes a helical screw 53 rotatably supported and disposed in a heating pot 5 to stir an object to be stirred present in the heating pot 5 by the rotation of the screw 53 while causing the object to move in the axial direction of the helical screw 53. The screw 53 includes a plurality of through-holes 79, 81, 83, 85, 87, 89 formed in a screw face 77 to penetrate the same, through which through-holes 79, 81, 83, 85, 87, 89, a portion of the object is allowed to pass, thereby the object can be made more easily stirrable and mixable.
