Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring device which can obtain a high vacuum state and can yield a product of high purity as well.
SOLUTION: This stirring device is equipped with a perfect seal type motor 3, a stirring shaft 2 which is connected with stirring blades 1 to be rotationally driven by the motor 3 and a vacuum vessel A which is connected to a flange section 14 of the motor 3, houses the stirring shaft 2 therein and is put into a hermetic state.
