Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the granules produced in a granulating tank from adhering thereto and make the maintenance work easy by a method where a high speed rotating granulating disk is set in the granulating tank and a rotation driving mechanism for driving the granulating disk is located above the granulating disk.
CONSTITUTION: A high speed rotating granulating disk 11 is set in a granulating tank 30 and, by its rotation, the powder and binder liquid fed in the granulating tank 30 are stirred and mixed for granulation. In such an apparatus, a rotation driving mechanism 12 for driving the granulating disk 11 is located above the granulating disk 11. Also, the granulating disk 11 and the rotation driving mechanism 12 are providedly on a rotating shaft 5 rotatably in a predetermined angle range. This arrangement prevents the granules from adhering to the granulating tank and makes the maintenance work easy.
