Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that power saving is required for water treatment equipment since it consumes much power for using equipment such as a pump and an aerator.SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problem, there are provided: an agitation system comprising an agitation tank that agitates treatment object water with agitation blades and power recovery means that recovers as power the rotation energy of agitation blades rotating with flow of treatment object water in the agitation tank; and water treatment equipment comprising this agitation system. According to this agitation system, water flow energy of treatment object water flowing through the agitation tank is utilized to rotate the agitation blades, so that the rotation energy of the agitation blades rotating by the power recovery means can be recovered as power. Since the power recovered by this agitation system can be utilized for another equipment, the power saving of the water treatment equipment can be materialized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
