Abstract:

To provide a stock level estimation method capable of providing a stock level in a short cycle, a stock level estimation program, a stock level estimation device, and a method of operating a waste gasification melting furnace in the waste gasification melting furnace gasifying and melting waste.

This stock level estimation method for estimating a stock level based on a simulation model comprises an input layer generating step for expressing a stacked layer as a stacked model formed of a plurality of layers, generating a new layer for each specified cycle on the uppermost part of the stacked model, and relating information on an inputted material charged in the furnace within a specified cycle, a layer thickness calculation step for calculating amounts of wastes and melting assist materials reduced by its reaction with oxygen blown from a tuyere thereinn for each specified cycle, updating information on the inputted material of a layer positioned at the lowermost layer of the in-furnace stacked model, and eliminating a layer positioned at the lowermost layer, a layer thickness calculation step for calculating a layer thickness for each layer, and a level calculation step for calculating the stock level by estimating layer thickness data for each layer.
