Further, a supporting plate 5, which slidably supports the lower edge face of the metering measure 3 and closes the lower opening part of one metering part when either one of the metering part between the metering parts 32 adjacent to each other is squared with the stock feeding hole 21. and at the position facing to the lower end opening part of the other metering part of which the discharge hole of the stock metered by the metering part is bored, is also provided.
