To prevent a main moving stock vice jaw from being scratched by a collision or rubbing of a work to be brought in a stock vice of a cutter.
A cutter cuts a work W by a cutting tool clamping the work W by a main stock vice 15 consisting of a main base stock vice jaw 15A and a main moving stock vice jaw 15B that is on the almost level surface and possible to turn freely. On the work bringing in side of the main base stock vice jaw 15A, a rotor 29 is installed to appear freely on the main moving stock vice jaw side from the standard stock vice surface SL of the main base stock vice jaw 15A. The rotor 29 to press the side of the work W is energized to protrude from the standard stock vice surface SL always. When the work W is brought in, the work W is guided by the rotor 29 and is brought in being separated from the standard stock vice surface SL surely.
