Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simple movement and the fixing of a movable jaw and to sufficiently fasten an elastic work.
SOLUTION: This stock vice has a fixed jaw 2 and a movable jaw 4 on a stock vice body 3. A locking member 6 is provided on the lower end of a bolt downwardly penetrated with a declined state from the movable jaw 4. Fastening the bolt forms a first locking surface part on the bottom surface of the stock vice body having the abutted top surface of the locking member 6, and a second locking surface part lockable with the first locking surface part on the top surface of the locking member. A spring 20 for upwardly energizing the bolt is set on the shaft of the bolt located below the head part of the upwardly projected bolt from the movable jaw 4. A pressing intermediary member 19 intervenes between the upper end of the spring 20 and the upper end of the bolt. A ring material 21 intervenes between the lower end of the spring 20 and the opening edge of a through hole.
