Abstract:
To provide a stocker which has a compact configuration in which the height of the stocker is suppressed.SOLUTION: In a stocker which has a plurality of storage boxes whose doors are locked/unlocked by a lock device, the lock device comprises: a door side unit which has one of an engagement object part and an engagement part that can be operated to be engaged with the engagement object part and is attached to the door; and a storage body side unit which has the other of the engagement object part and the engagement part and is attached to a storage body of the storage box. The door side unit and the storage body side unit are attached in an attachment direction in which an overlapping amount of the units is larger in the height direction of the storage box in the attachment directions in which the engagement part can be engaged with the engagement object part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
