PURPOSE: To aim at realizing automation, by providing a reversing cylinder for selectively changing the configuration of a stopper to be inserted into a magazine.

CONSTITUTION: There are arranged a stopper transferring means 8 for transferring a stopper with holding the stopper, including a reversing cylinder 12 for reversing the inserting direction of the stopper 4, and an inserting means for thrusting into the stopper 14 held by the transferring means 8 into a magazine 2. With this arrangement, a stoppers 4 fed from a part feeder 34 for stoppers may be automatically fed into the magazine 8, and the configuration of the stopper 4 may be optionally selected by operating the reversing cylinder 12, thereby it is possible to aim at completely automating the working.
