Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wheel stopper for a temporary truck which is easily handleable and prevented from coming off due to vibration.
CONSTITUTION: A guide plate 14 having a guide groove 14 is fixed to a temporary truck under a frame 2 in the vicinity of wheels 4, and guide bars 15, 16 passing through the guide groove 14 are fixed at its front end to a wedge-like stopper, and washers 21 making cantact with the outer surface of the guide plate 12 are held by the guide bars 15, 16, and the guide bars on the side remote from the wheels 14 is coupled to a handle 20. When the stopper 10 is wedged into a gap between the wheels and rails under the resilient force of a spring 26, braking is effected. Meanwhile, after the stopper 10 is pulled up through the intermediary of the handle 20, when the guide bar 16 is hooked o a locking part 142, the braking is released.
