Abstract:
According to the present invention, a management device (10) is provided. The management device (10) has: a user information management unit (11) for managing ticket information relating to a purchased boarding ticket and biological information for each user; a list creation unit (12) for creating, for each stop point, a boarding white list, which is a list of users permitted to board and includes users having boarding tickets which allow the users to board from each stop point; and a transmission unit (13) for transmitting, to a system at each stop point, the biological information of the users included in the boarding white list corresponding to each stop point.
